Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommendations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally
- Follow service standards and hygiene protocols
(Captains will additionally oversee sections, manage guest relations, and support junior staff.)
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in hospitality/service roles (position will be offered based on experience)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
