Job Description: We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Store Manager/ Optometrist to join our retail eyewear team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in optical retail/sales and be skilled in eye testing and dispensing. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision tests
- Perform accurate refraction and prescription analysis
- Dispense single-vision and progressive lenses
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses
- Handle counter sales of international optical frames and sunglasses
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient care
- Maintain proper records and follow store protocols
Eligibility / Requirements:
- Degree in Optometry from a recognized and accredited institution
- Mandatory experience in retail eyewear / optical store environment
- Knowledge of lenses, coatings, and optical products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with patient care focus
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
