Business Development Manager (IT Services)

MKR Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate new business and bring IT projects through LinkedIn, Upwork, referrals, and other online platforms.
If you have a proven track record of acquiring clients and closing software or digital marketing projects, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify potential clients and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare the best solutions.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Stay updated with market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development for an IT company.
- Hands-on experience generating projects through LinkedIn, Upwork, and similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing, AI Content Writing, Website Design & Development, Landing Page Optimization, Local SEO & Google Business Profile, and YouTube SEO & Video Marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and close deals.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven record of achieving business goals.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
