Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling
Greet customers and understand vehicle issues
Explain service/repair requirements clearly
Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
2. Job Card Management
Open job cards with complete details
Record customer complaints and service requirements
Ensure proper documentation for each vehicle
3. Coordination with Workshop
Assign work to technicians in coordination with the workshop manager
Follow up on repair progress
Ensure timely completion of work
4. Customer Updates
Keep customers informed about job status
Get approvals for additional repairs or costs
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
5. Vehicle Delivery
Explain work done and charges to customers
Ensure proper billing and payment collection
Deliver vehicles on time with customer satisfaction
6. Upselling & Revenue Generation
Suggest additional services (AMC, accessories, maintenance packages)
Promote service offers and campaigns
Achieve service and sales targets
7. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service records and customer history
Prepare daily reports (job cards, delivery, pending work)
Coordinate with billing and accounts team
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic automobile technical knowledge
Customer handling and problem-solving ability
Sales and upselling skills
Computer knowledge (DMS, MS Excel)
Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering (preferred)
1–5 years of experience in automobile service or customer handling
Working Conditions:
Full-time role
Requires interaction with customers and workshop staff
May involve weekend or extended working hours
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
