About the Role
PolicyX.com is looking for a Customer Retention & Renewal Manager (CRT) to manage customer relationships, drive policy renewals, ensure customer satisfaction, and improve overall retention performance. The role requires close coordination with insurance partners, internal teams, and customers while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer retention and policy renewal activities.
- Ensure quality issuance and maximise issuance percentages across insurance partners.
- Monitor and review business logged in real-time to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate regularly with insurance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Handle customer escalations, complaints, and claim assistance.
- Manage feedback and verification processes to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure adherence to IRDA compliance across operations and sales teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of assigned KRAs.
- Assign payments and manage operational workflows.
- Conduct lead audits and maintain process quality.
- Handle life revival processes and customer communications.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support technical and operational initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Retention, Renewals, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
- Strong knowledge of Health Insurance and Life Insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer management systems.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Team management experience is preferred.
