Position Summary
Level: Senior Consultant, Managed Services
As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

We support clients across domains such as strategy, commerce, marketing, sales, and service, helping them realize their digital ambitions through flexible, scalable teams. Our expertise spans the full digital lifecycle, including customer research, experience design, platform development, content production, and marketing automation. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we empower organizations to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

6 - 9 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud or similar data platform
-
Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.

Hands-on experience with all aspects of data cloud such as data ingestion, data mapping, identity resolution etc.

Should have good knowledge of data modeling and SQL.

Should be able to establish data models, work with API’s and configurations.
-
Ability to analyze and building automations, write code snippets using SSJS.

Have good understanding of file handling using csv files.
-
Should have very good technical problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to assess the impact on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.

Should be able to conduct peer reviews and advise recommendations or issues and work well with team.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Good understanding of data modelling concepts.

Good knowledge of complex SQL, API handling.

Experience/ knowledge on tools such as DBeaver, Postman

Good understanding of the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space
-
Certified Accredited Professional in Salesforce Data Cloud

Certification on Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be a plus.
Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
