Role Overview
We are looking for a Facilities Operations Assistant to support and coordinate infrastructure-related activities across EduPort’s offline campuses, hostels, and office spaces. The role involves site coordination, supervision of maintenance works, and basic technical documentation support.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and estimate infrastructure-related works across offline campuses, hostels, and office spaces

Supervise renovation, repair, and maintenance activities to ensure timely and quality execution

Assist in monitoring vendors and on-site work progress

Prepare and update basic CAD drawings when required

Support facilities operations to ensure campuses remain safe, functional, and well-maintained
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering

0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers may apply)

Basic knowledge of construction, maintenance, and site supervision

Familiarity with AutoCAD will be an added advantage
Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on skills and experience)

Contract Duration
3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational requirements
