About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting initial HR screening calls, evaluating candidate suitability, and maintaining accurate candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HR screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
- Assess candidates based on communication skills, experience, notice period, current and expected CTC, location preference, and overall interest in the opportunity.
- Provide candidates with an overview of the job role and company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with the Talent Sourcing team regarding candidate status and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the screening process.
- Forward qualified candidates to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Meet daily and weekly screening targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Freshers with relevant HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
