Job Title: Quality Auditor – Operations Support
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Auditor to join the Operations Support team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational processes, auditing calls/tasks, maintaining quality standards, identifying gaps, and providing feedback for performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit operational activities/calls as per quality standards
- Share feedback and improvement areas with the team
- Prepare quality reports and maintain audit records
- Identify process gaps and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Coordinate with operations teams for quality improvement initiatives
- Support training and calibration sessions when required
Required Skills:
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality parameters and audit processes
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality/Operations Support preferred/BPO industry
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
