Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to drive business growth for ERP, SaaS, and IT Services. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, pipeline management, client communication, and supporting business closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through LinkedIn, Clutch, email campaigns, and other lead generation platforms.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers, consultants, channel partners, and business prospects.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and structured follow-ups.
- Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the leadership team.
- Coordinate proposal discussions, negotiations, and support business closures.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Support the company's presence on B2B platforms such as Clutch.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP Sales, or Software Services Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and B2B outreach.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, IT Services, or Software Sales.
- Understanding of proposal management and business closure support.
- Knowledge of outsourcing or enterprise software business models.
