Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents.
- Handle calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
- Explain courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain CRM and admission records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Admissions, Counselling, or Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Positive, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
