Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and set up laptops/systems for new joiners.
- Manage IT asset handover and collection during employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Handle, troubleshoot, and close user support tickets within defined timelines.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide end-user support for system, network, and IT infrastructure-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues as required and follow up to ensure closure.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, hardware, and operating systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage support tickets and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in IT support, system configuration, and vendor coordination will be preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
