Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Should be fulent in any one of the following languages Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil or Telugu.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, FMCG, pet industry, aquaculture, or related sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to interact with customers regularly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with aquarium stores, wholesalers, and distributors across India.
- Generate new business opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
- Promote Aqua Zoo's ornamental fish, aquarium products, medicines, and accessories.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
