· Identify and generate new business leads.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities,
and potential opportunities.
· Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with company strategy
· Prepare and present proposals, quotations to prospective clients.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue

· Attend industry events, and networking meetings to expand business connections.
· Develop customized pitches and presentations to convert prospects into customers
· Track sales metrics, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports for management
· Analyse competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities
· Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads.
· Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
· 2-5 years of proven experience in business development in Education industry preferably.
· Strong understanding of market, key players, and industry trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Immediate joiners preferred.
