Job Description
We are looking for an MBBS Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for a reputed senior living and healthcare organization in Bengaluru.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing medical care and clinical support to senior residents and attending to their routine healthcare requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide medical consultation and routine healthcare support to residents.
- Assess and manage common medical conditions and acute health concerns.
- Attend to medical emergencies and coordinate further medical care when required.
- Monitor residents' health and maintain appropriate medical records.
- Coordinate with hospitals, specialists and other healthcare professionals as required.
- Provide compassionate and patient-focused care to senior citizens.
- Support preventive healthcare and overall wellbeing of residents.
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical registration.
- 1–2 years of post-MBBS clinical experience.
- Good clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Experience in caring for senior citizens / elderly patients will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a residential senior-care environment.
- Willing to work 6 days a week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
- Candidates from Bengaluru and nearby locations such as Devanahalli, Yelahanka, Hebbal, Jakkur and Bagalur are preferred.
Salary
₹70,000 – ₹75,000 per month (₹8.4–9 LPA)
