R3N Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute high-quality visual design projects. This role is ideal for professionals who can think strategically, manage design workflows, and deliver impactful creative solutions across digital and offline platforms.
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual identity, guiding junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce compelling marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of marketing creatives, including social media, website banners, ads, brochures, and presentations
- Develop and maintain strong brand guidelines and visual identity
- Create high-quality graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Review and guide junior designers to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver effective designs
- Translate business and marketing goals into visually compelling concepts
- Ensure consistency across all digital and offline design materials
- Optimize designs based on performance and feedback
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Advanced understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in branding and visual identity development
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior designers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
