Digitron is hiring an experienced and dedicated L2 Engineer for AMC Operations at the Mundra location. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, and networking infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should be field-ready, technically strong, and capable of handling service-level operations and client support efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of CCTV surveillance systems and access control solutions under AMC scope
- Provide Level 2 technical support for escalated issues from technicians and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network-related issues on-site
- Manage networking devices including switches, routers, LAN/WAN setups
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) visits and attend breakdown calls as per SLA
- Maintain service reports, visit logs, and AMC documentation
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for timely issue resolution and service delivery
- Travel across Mundra and nearby regions for site visits and support activities
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in CCTV systems, access control, and networking
- Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, biometric systems, and network architecture
- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and site layouts
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Must be comfortable with frequent field travel (up to 70%)
