Job Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with customers, generate sales, handle follow-ups, and build strong customer relationships through calls and WhatsApp communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Call clients and take regular follow-ups
- Explain products and services to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Convert leads into customers
- Maintain customer database and records
- Coordinate with clients through calls and WhatsApp
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Share regular sales updates and reports
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Basic English communication is a plus
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of phone handling and WhatsApp
Working Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time
