Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Senior Steward to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and guide junior stewards. The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in F&B service.
Key Responsibilities:1. Guest Service
- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Maintain service standards as per hotel policies.
2. Team Supervision
- Supervise and support junior stewards and trainees.
- Allocate tables and service sections.
- Ensure grooming and discipline standards are maintained.
3. Operations Management
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock of cutlery, crockery, and service equipment.
4. Billing & Cash Handling
- Assist in preparing bills and processing payments.
- Ensure accuracy in billing and reporting.
5. Hygiene & Compliance
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
