Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Node.js Developer with 5-10+ years of experience to join our remote team. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side components of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain server-side components using Node.js.
Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure security and data protection measures are implemented.
Troubleshoot and debug applications.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
5-10+ years of experience in server-side development using Node.js.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript and ES6+.
Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GraphQL.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
Understanding of security best practices.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
