Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget and preferences.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
- Promote newly launched residential and commercial projects in Ahmedabad.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide complete project information.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to successfully close sales transactions.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth execution of deals.
- Assist clients throughout the booking, documentation, and registration process.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead trackers, and client databases.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad's residential and commercial property market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle site visits and client meetings independently.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and transaction processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
