Job Description
Mittal NK Business Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in field sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Visit clients regularly and maintain strong business relationships.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Must own a bike.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Willing to travel for field sales.
- Knowledge of the Kolkata market will be an added advantage.
Salary
