Ayushman Infertility Centre is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Embryologist to join our IVF and Fertility team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in embryology laboratory procedures and a strong commitment to helping couples achieve their parenthood goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily IVF laboratory operations and embryology procedures.
- Handle gametes and embryos in accordance with established laboratory protocols.
- Support embryo culture, fertilization assessment, embryo grading, and embryo transfer procedures.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, documentation, and patient data.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance, quality control, and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with fertility specialists, clinicians, and nursing staff to support patient care.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working in an IVF or ART laboratory.
- Sound knowledge of ART, IVF, and embryology laboratory procedures.
- Strong laboratory skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
