The ContentCraft is India’s first and only social-sector oriented consultancy firm, offering Branding, Communication and Strategic CSR Consultancy services.
We have an opening for a Copywriter. In this role, you’ll be responsible for working closely with the leadership team for developing creative strategies and translating it into advertising and marketing assets for print, television and digital platforms. You should be able to develop email and direct marketing campaigns, ATL and BTL collaterals and product descriptions.
We work in a social welfare space that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds. You should be prepared to burn the midnight oil in order to meet the deadlines. We are looking for a candidate who is creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes in business requirements. You should be a thorough team player.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative content for print, electronic, radio, ATL & BTL collaterals and a variety of digital platforms.
- Edit and proof work to ensure zero error across all content output
- Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, and legal aspects to assess project needs and help with messaging
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications
- Develop and implement brand guidelines
- Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines
- Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders
- Stay current with the latest trends and innovation within the advertising and creative communication space
- Responsible for the entire lifecycle of the project from inception to deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, with specialisation Marketing or Communications will be preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience mandatory in copywriting, with an A-level advertising agency. Studio experience mandatory.
- Experience in producing creatives for print, electronic and digital channels
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
- Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
- Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
- Exceptional understanding of social media content writing for developing unique hashtags and word play
- Solid understanding of SEO concepts will be preferred
- Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
