Job Summary

Responsible for the Smooth Operations of Ward Help Desk & Billing, Customer Support & Front Office, Console Operations, Laundry, Housekeeping Operations & Food & Beverage Operations. Making sure every Patient who stays with us has a great Hospitality experience.

Job Profile

Responsible for achieving optimal patient satisfaction and a good working environment to attain all set objectives.

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Policies as set out by the company.

Safeguard the realization, tracing and adjustment of deviations.

Developing improvement actions, carry out costs savings.

Safeguard quality of operations (internal & external audits).

Coordinate planning of Department Heads with regard to timetables, work schedules, employment of employees within the different services.

Coordination of the execution of activities via instructions to the Heads of Departments supervision of the execution.

Determination of the workforce, requirement and hiring of new staff, execution of performance reviews in coordination with HR Department.

Be accountable for responsibilities of department heads in their absence.

Handing over opinions and beliefs, decisions etc. to department heads.

Leading various internal and external meetings.

Supervise the fulfillment of the regulations of the employment.

Correct use of Company's corporate identity.

Maintain contacts with public authorities.

Establish and achieve quality and patient/relative satisfaction goals. Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all patient/relative questions, complaints or requests to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

Ensure staff is properly trained on quality and service standards, has the necessary tools and equipment, and is empowered to carry out job duties

Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure manner.

Responsible for team building, maintaining manpower planning, listening to Employee Grievances and taking them to the concern.

Qualification

Graduate Preferred: NABH knowledge
