2. Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA)
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹11.4 LPA
Age Limit: Up to 31 Years
Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of EdTech Sales experience

Key Responsibilities
* Engage with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the most suitable learning programs.
* Qualify leads by assessing candidate requirements and aligning them with available programs.
* Build relationships through regular follow-ups and effective nurturing.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Scaler Academy's programs and provide expert guidance to prospective learners.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
