Key responsibilities
- Office maintenance and cleanliness: Sweeping, dusting, and cleaning common areas, as well as ensuring washrooms are stocked and clean.
- Hospitality: Serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Mail and delivery: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, and delivering documents and messages within the office.
- Errands: Running errands such as purchasing supplies or collecting items like cheques.
- Administrative support: Performing basic clerical tasks like photocopying, filing, scanning documents, and organizing supplies.
- Supply management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock.
- Visitor assistance: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff members.
