Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update records in the CRM.
- Assist with lead generation and lead tracking.
- Maintain and organize business data.
- Prepare and update daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational activities.
- Support day-to-day business operations.
- Perform other tasks related to operations as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Freshers or candidates looking to start their career in operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Good organizational and data-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
