Job Title: Call Center ExecutiveJob Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and accurately
- Provide product/service information to customers
- Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database
- Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed call center metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers
- Report trends, feedback, and recurring issues to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing speed, etc.)
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position, may include weekend or evening shifts
- Office-based or hybrid/remote depending on company policy

Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities are an asset
- Experience in a sales-oriented or technical support call center

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
