We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our residential/commercial properties, generating leads, and converting prospects into buyersActively generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling and digital channels
- Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and maintain healthy sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor pricing
- Assist clients with documentation and loan processing guidance
Pay: ₹12,545.25 - ₹20,000.00 per month
