We are looking for an experienced Applied AI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in cloud environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, and cloud AI platforms.
The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI solutions that support summarization, classification, recommendation, semantic search, document intelligence, and decision-support use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI/ML solutions for real-world business use cases.
- Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using RAG, semantic search, and NLP techniques.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for summarization, classification, recommendations, and decision support.
- Develop and optimize machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or similar frameworks.
- Work with LangChain and other LLM application frameworks to build AI-powered applications.
- Develop document intelligence solutions including document processing, information extraction, and intelligent search.
- Implement AI solutions using Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
- Apply MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure AI solutions follow responsible AI, security, scalability, and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and enterprise AI solution delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, NLP, and Semantic Search.
- Experience with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks.
- Experience building AI solutions for summarization, classification, recommendation, and decision support.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Databricks, or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
- Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise-scale AI/ML deployments.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with AI model optimization and productionization.
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture and scalable AI systems.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or a related field.
