Receive inbound calls from clients.
- Clearly understand customer enquiries.
- Offer possible / best solutions towards travels itineraries / fares / ancillary services.
- Ensure possibilities of upsell & markups.
- To convert enquiries into actionable sales with total customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for issuing domestic / international tickets.
- Ensure payment collection & invoicing of sales.
- Dispatch of tickets to clients & after sales service.
- Excellent communication / exchange of information with UK Head office.
- Meticulous office record keeping
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- ONLINE SALES: 1 year (Preferred)
