Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive with experience in recruitment and a strong understanding of the salon and cosmetology industry. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling customer inquiries, staff recruitment, and coordination between branches and candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Client Coordination
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and appointment-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Coordinate with branch teams regarding appointments, services, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on customer concerns.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for salon positions such as Beauticians, Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians, Therapists, and Branch Staff.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds.
- Coordinate recruitment drives and job postings across various platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities.
Salon & Cosmetology Support
- Possess sound knowledge of salon services, beauty treatments, cosmetology procedures, and industry terminology.
- Guide candidates and customers regarding salon services and career opportunities.
- Support branch managers in staffing requirements and manpower planning.
- Stay updated on beauty and cosmetology industry trends.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment reports and customer service reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of recruitment and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Branch Teams for smooth functioning.
- Ensure timely communication with franchise partners and branch managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Recruitment, or Salon Operations.
- Prior experience in the salon, beauty, wellness, or cosmetology industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory). Malayalam and Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment portals.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
