Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Executives to join our Banking Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, promoting banking and financial products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. If you possess strong communication skills and are passionate about sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls and other outreach methods.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Negotiate and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the support team for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, daily calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports.
- Stay updated on company products, offers, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Banking, Finance, or Customer Service (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
