Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive for our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers, explaining products, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend and assist showroom customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable furniture products
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with billing and delivery teams
- Keep the showroom clean and well-organized
Requirements
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales experience in furniture/retail is preferred
- Positive attitude and team-working ability
