Key Responsibilities
- Plant Operations: Start, stop, and smoothly run all electro-mechanical equipment including pumps, air blowers, and scrapers.
- Process Monitoring: Inspect and monitor system parameters like flow rates, pressure gauges, and dissolved oxygen levels.
- Water Quality Testing: Collect water samples and conduct routine laboratory tests for pH, TDS, Hardness, and Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids
- Chemical Dosing: Calculate, prepare, and adjust chemical feed rates (such as hypo/chlorine dosing) to achieve desired effluent quality.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Clear bar screen chambers, execute filter backwashes, top up grease, and perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating STP, ETP, or RO water filtration systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
