Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing high-quality seafood dishes, managing the assigned kitchen section, and ensuring consistency, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of seafood dishes as per menu standards
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper handling of seafood products
- Manage the assigned kitchen section during operations
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
- Monitor inventory and coordinate seafood procurement requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of seafood preparation and cooking techniques
- Expertise in fish, shellfish, and coastal cuisine preparations
- Time management and kitchen coordination skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts preferred
- 3–7 years experience in seafood cuisine or specialty kitchens
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
