Job Title: GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Analyst
Experience: 2–5 Years
Location: Chennai / Madurai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain information security policies and procedures.
- Perform risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Support internal and external security audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security and data privacy regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
- Track and mitigate security and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with business teams to strengthen governance and compliance practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of information security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
- Understanding of risk management and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security policies.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.
- Experience in audit and compliance activities.
- Knowledge of third-party risk management.
