EXPERIENCE ? 3-6 years of experience in Software Testing ? Hands-on experience in Telecom domain testing (OSS/BSS, Billing, CRM, Order Management, etc.) ? Exposure to Digital platforms in Telecom (self-care apps, web portals, mobile apps) ? Experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Daily Status Reporting (DSR) ? Proven experience in System Integration Testing across multiple applications and vendors ? Good understanding of microservices architecture, APIs (REST), message queues, and integration patterns ? Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, ALM/Octane ? Knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts, principles, tools, LLM models ? Experience in executing Agile and Waterfall projects ? Good knowledge on Automation & Performance Testing concepts, tools, process – Postman, Selenium / Playwright, JMeter ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external telecom stakeholders KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES • Quality Assurance o Follow phase-wise test lifecycle for test case design, review, and maintenance of test assets o Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) activities including Test Data Preparation, Test Case Preparation & Test Execution (Functional & Regression) o Work with APIs, middleware, and integration tools (JIRA, Octane) o Validate end-to-end telecom journeys such as activation, recharge, billing, and service requests o Support the business users’ team for the UAT sign offs • Defect Reporting - Identify defects in telecom workflows (billing, provisioning, network integration) • Defect Management - Coordinate with development, network, and integration teams for defect resolution • Test Reporting - Provide daily status updates to TL/Manager and highlight risks/issues PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS ?
