- Plan and monitor textile production processes.
- Ensure smooth functioning of spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, or finishing operations.
- Quality Control
- Inspect fabrics and raw materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct tests on yarn, fibers, and fabrics.
- Process Improvement
- Analyze production processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Implement new technologies and techniques.
- Machine Maintenance Coordination
- Monitor textile machinery performance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and servicing.
- Material Selection
- Select suitable fibers, yarns, and fabrics based on product requirements.
- Production Planning
- Prepare production schedules and ensure targets are achieved on time.
- Cost Control
- Monitor production costs and work on reducing wastage and improving productivity.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance to production and quality teams.
- Research & Development
- Work on developing new fabrics, designs, and textile products.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensure workplace safety and follow industry standards and company policies.
