We are looking for a Content Manager who can translate complex medical work into compelling content — for doctors, patients, and the public. Every week, significant and often rare surgeries happen at RoopJeevan. Your job is to make sure the right people know about it, in the right way.
This is not a routine social media posting job. It requires curiosity, strong writing instincts, and the ability to sit across from a surgeon and pull out a story worth telling.

What You Will Do
Content Strateg
- Own the hospital's monthly and weekly content calendar across all platforms
- Identify story opportunities — complex surgeries, patient outcomes, doctor expertise, health awareness moments
- Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp broadcasts
- Translate medical procedures and clinical achievements into accessible, accurate content for both doctor and patient audiences
Content Creation
- Write long-form content — blog posts, clinical case highlights, LinkedIn articles, website copy
- Write short-form content — captions, WhatsApp broadcast messages, Google My Business posts
- Create graphic assets for social media using tools like Canva or Adobe Express — post creatives, carousels, case highlight cards, infographics
- Develop doctor-facing content — clinical case summaries, referral awareness posts, procedure explainers
- Develop patient-facing content in both English and Hindi
Brand & Communications
- Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity across all channels, aligned with the RoopJeevan brand
- Build and manage the hospital's content library — surgeries, case studies, doctor profiles, testimonials
- Draft press releases for significant medical achievements for local media
- Coordinate with doctors to gather clinical information, case details, and quotes accurately
Analytics & Improvement
- Track content performance across platforms
- Report monthly on reach, engagement, and growth
- Use data to refine what works and drop what doesn't
What We Are Looking For
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or communications
- Strong writing skills in English — clear, engaging, free of fluff
- Working proficiency in Hindi — able to write patient-facing content naturally
- Ability to understand and accurately represent medical/clinical information (you don't need a medical background — you need the curiosity to learn it)
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and owns their output
Good to Have
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospital, or pharma content
- Familiarity with SEO basics — writing blogs that rank
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages professionally
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a data entry or scheduling role — someone else handles doctor outreach and referral operations
- This is not a pure social media role — strategy and long-form writing are equally important
- This is not a role for someone who needs constant direction — you will be given goals, not instructions
