Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into appointments.
- Promote veterinary services, grooming, boarding, pet products, and preventive health packages.
- Follow up with existing clients for vaccinations, health check-ups, and repeat services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and resolve basic queries.
- Coordinate with doctors and reception for appointments.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Sales and customer service experience.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, CRM).
- Ability to speak local language(s) and English.
Stock Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of medicines, vaccines, pet food, surgical supplies, and accessories.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder before items run out.
- Check expiry dates and maintain FEFO/FIFO practices.
- Receive and verify supplier deliveries.
- Maintain stock records and prepare inventory reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and pharmacy staff to ensure availability of required items.
Skills:
- Inventory management experience.
- Knowledge of Excel or inventory software.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of veterinary medicines and supplies is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
