Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, brokers, referrals, and site visits
- Conduct property presentations and client meetings
- Handle negotiations and close property deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams
- Train and motivate sales executives
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in real estate sales
- Experience managing a sales team is an advantage
Salary Range (India)
- Entry/Mid Level: ₹2 LPA – ₹8 LPA
- Experienced Managers: ₹5 LPA – ₹20+ LPA
- Incentives and commissions are usually additional
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
