We are looking for a talented Proxy L2 Engineer to join our team in NaviMumbai.
Role: Proxy L2 Engineer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Location: NaviMumbai
Preferred Certification: Netskope / McAfee Proxy
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Proxy security solutions
- Implement and maintain proxy policies, URL filtering, and exceptions
- Integrate Proxy with AD, IAM, SIEM, and SOAR tools
- Troubleshoot network issues across OSI layers
- Packet capture and analysis using Wireshark/PCAP
- Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management
- Patch updates, upgrades, and compliance activities
- Coordinate with OEM/TAC for support and issue resolution
- Create SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely ticket closure
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, AD integration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
