Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to support legal and compliance activities related to real estate projects. The role involves property document verification, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, and coordination with authorities for project approvals and registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Due Diligence
- Conduct title verification and legal due diligence of land and property documents.
- Review documents such as Sale Deeds, Mother Deeds, Encumbrance Certificates, and Land Records.
- Legal Documentation
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements including:
- Sale Agreements
- Joint Development Agreements (JDA)
- Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- Lease Agreements
- Vendor / Contractor Agreements
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, and statutory regulations applicable to real estate projects.
- Assist in obtaining legal approvals required for project development.
- Liaison with Authorities
- Coordinate with government authorities, registration offices, and legal consultants for approvals and documentation.
- Property Registration
- Support property registration processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Litigation Support
- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters in coordination with external legal counsel.
- Document Management
- Maintain and organize legal records, agreements, and property documents for all projects.
Qualification
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) from a recognized university.
- 2 – 5 years of experience in legal functions, preferably in real estate or property law.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
