Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to promote and sell our pharmaceutical/healthcare products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote company products
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage in a scientific and ethical manner
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure product availability and prescription generation
- Organize product presentations, meetings, and sample distributions
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, prescriptions, and market feedback
- Monitor competitor products and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical regulations
