Required E-Commerce Assitant
Core Responsibilities
- Product Catalog Management: Upload new items, write descriptions, add photos, and update prices on platforms like Amazon Seller Central or Shopify.
- Order and Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels, process incoming orders, and track shipments.
- Customer Support: Answer customer emails, chats, or complaints regarding deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Operations Coordination: Work with warehouse or courier teams to make sure orders go out on time.
Timing: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
