Dental Avenue Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing dental healthcare and pharmaceutical organization seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales and expand our presence in Gurugram. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals eager to build a successful career in B2B sales within the specialized dental industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, qualify, and secure new business leads for dental product offerings, services, and treatment packages.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with dentists, doctors, hospitals, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Coverage: Conduct local field sales and market research, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any stream or currently pursuing.
- 0-3 years of experience; Freshers with strong communication are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a target-driven, field-based role.
- Willingness to travel locally.
