We are looking for an experienced Head of HR & People to build and lead our HR function. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and developing a strong company culture while working closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Manage onboarding and HR operations
- Build HR policies and processes
- Drive employee engagement and performance
- Support leadership in building a high-performing team
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong recruitment and communication skills
- Leadership and problem-solving ability
- Experience building HR systems is a plus
