Field Sales Coordinator

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and food outlets to generate leads, meet concerned authorities, follow up regularly, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
The role requires achieving a minimum of 3–4 orders per day through active field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Canteens, and food outlets daily.
- Generate new leads through market visits.
- Meet chefs, purchase managers, owners, or decision-makers.
- Explain MRK Foods products, pricing, and benefits.
- Take orders and ensure lead-to-order conversion.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and follow-up records.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings to close pending leads.
- Ensure achievement of minimum 3–4 orders per day.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch.
- Collect customer feedback and market.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
- Good relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Basic knowledge of Excel / mobile reporting tools
Educational Qualifications:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or 1–4 years in field sales / HORECA / FMCG
- Age: Below 30 years
Salary - 15,000 - 25,000 per month
Other Requirements :
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai
- Familiarity with local market and food industry
